Terms & Conditions
Use PostureMaxx safely.
Read these terms carefully. They include assumption of risk, limitation of liability, and indemnification provisions.

PostureMaxx provides general wellness, stretching, mobility, and fitness information. PostureMaxx is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or emergency care. The app does not replace a physician, physical therapist, trainer, or other qualified professional.
Consult a Professional
Consult a qualified health care professional before using PostureMaxx if you have any injury, pain, illness, disability, chronic condition, pregnancy, balance concern, recent surgery, medication effect, or uncertainty about whether physical activity is safe for you. If you experience chest pain, faintness, severe shortness of breath, neurological symptoms, sharp pain, or any emergency symptom, stop and seek medical help immediately.
Assumption of Risk
Physical activity involves inherent risks, including soreness, strains, sprains, falls, collisions, aggravation of existing conditions, and other injury. You voluntarily choose to use PostureMaxx and assume all risks related to performing movements, stretches, workouts, breathing exercises, or other activities suggested by the app.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you, using proper judgment, warming up as needed, moving within your ability, stopping when something feels unsafe, and keeping your environment clear of hazards. Do not use PostureMaxx while driving, operating machinery, holding sharp or dangerous objects, supervising others where distraction could cause harm, or in any setting where movement could injure you, another person, or property.
No Supervision or Guarantees
Posture scores and body-position estimates are automated wellness estimates from photos, not clinical measurements or diagnoses. PostureMaxx cannot observe your full health status, symptoms, or exercise form. Scores and recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate, and we do not guarantee any health, pain, posture, mobility, performance, or fitness outcome.
Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release PostureMaxx and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from liability for claims, injuries, death, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or related to your use or misuse of the app, including personal injury, property damage, harm to others, lost data, interruption of service, or reliance on app content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PostureMaxx and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or injury or damage you cause to yourself, another person, or property while using or relying on PostureMaxx.
Subscriptions and Store Terms
Paid subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Apple and RevenueCat. Your purchase is also subject to Apple's terms. You are responsible for managing cancellation through your App Store subscription settings.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PostureMaxx after updated Terms are made available means you accept the updated Terms.
